Collectively these areas need to be considered in how we run our business. This plan is then combined with a strategic plan and annual budget.

New employees are continually coming into the electric cooperative industry. Usually they are the only person in their position and are left to figure many things out on their own. This mentoring program will meet virtually for up to year to discuss critical topics the finance professional needs to know on a rotational schedule. In addition, those being mentored can ask questions at any time throughout the program.

Continuing education is key to the development of our employees and to the existence of our electric cooperative network. This monthly subscription will provide education on relevant financial topics, delivered to your cooperative, and can be viewed at your convenience.
